Candidate profiles are then presented for final interview.
- Executive Search – Targeted search method applied in circumstances when the role profile is highly specialist and a small pool of candidates exist.
- Interim Management / Temporary Assignments – The ideal solution to solve an immediate problem, Kensington’s maintains a select portfolio of interim managers / professionals who can be in the post within days to overcome the loss of a key position, initiate a key strategy or support unplanned workload. All of which come with strong references and are immediately available.
Prior to commencing the assignment, one of our consultants would suggest meeting you at your facility to define the requirements, the ‘fit’, develop the job brief with you and agree the method and timescales of the assignment. This is an invaluable part of the recruitment process and forms the basis of a structured, focused and accurate candidate match to the job specification.
Once we commence an assignment, our aim is to ensure you receive maximum value by removing the burden of the exercise but ensuring you are still very much involved in the process. We will pre-screen candidates and select to a highly technical and skills based criteria, compiled after agreeing the job brief, and then supply to you a shortlist of candidates (ideally who have been face to face interviewed) that have exceeded the criteria set. We will manage the interview, feedback and offer management process. At Kensington’s, an assignment is never complete – Our post placement care process means we regularly update the candidate and client to re-affirm both parties have made good decisions.
