Person Specification
You will be a degree educated with a continuous process manufacturing background. Exposure to heavy industry would be a distinct advantage. You will have strong lean manufacturing experience specifically OEE / Kaizen. Candidates with heavy industrial experience such as casting, forgings or glass Hot End process would be ideally suited to this role.
