Role Description: As Recruitment Consultant, this will involve developing relationships with new and existing clients, sourcing and selection of high calibre candidates, working with the businesses extensive network to develop new and existing markets, interview and provide honest / constructive feedback to candidates, manage client negotiations and develop business strategies and ideas to drive sales forward. Kensington's open approach actively encourages consultants to make improvements to delivery good relationship building.
Personal Specification: A strong communicator, influencer and the ability to work as a team, you will either be a Recruitment Consultant with an engineering / technical recruitment background or an engineer / supply chain professional ideally qualified to HND/degree level in an engineering or related discipline. As Recruitment Consultant, you must be able to '�think on your feet'�, have strong organisational and customer service skills. Determination, focus and the drive to achieve must feature highly on your attributes. Previous experience of working in a customer facing role would be a distinct advantage.
