Role Description:
Role
Reporting into the Managing Director, the role of Business Manager involves having profit/loss responsibility for a design consultancy business stream, winning and the delivery of design work packages, development and management of your team. This role will contribute to the strategic development of the business and you will be a key member of the management team in this exciting period - driving the business to achieve its ambitious targets.

Personal Specification:
Person Specification
You will be an engineering degree qualified Project Manager / Business Manager / Operations Manager with experience of managing profit and loss of design work packages for the Nuclear, Energy, Power or consultancy sectors. You must have strong business development acumen, good commercial skills combined with a drive to grow and develop your own business stream.
Good track record of developing customer relationships. The Business Manager / Project Manager will be results oriented, a natural leader and motivator. Experience in the nuclear, energy or design consultancy sector is desirable.
