Role Description:
Role
The role of Operations Manager reports directly into the Managing Director and is key to the planned growth of the business. The main purpose of the role is to develop World-Class manufacturing operations utilising best in industry processes via the development and implementation of lean methodologies.
Develop a focused and consistent strategic approach across the Manufacturing Operation that is built on both a customer first approach as well as a culture of continuous improvement.
The role has direct responsibility for c.90 staff across two manufacturing facilities and will drive key objectives in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery targets.

The candidate-
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success within Manufacturing Operations as well as real exposure and quantifiable results within continuous improvement. The candidate must have excellent team leadership and development capabilities and have the ability to work at a strategic level.
