Role Description:
The role of Operations Manager involves managing a continous improvement programme against quality, cost and delivery metrics. Absentism, output per man, waste and cost control are key performance indicators within this highly demanding but rewarding position. The ability to lead change against resistance is key to making this a success.
Personal Specification:
You ideally be degree qualified Operations Manager with a proven track record of delivering productivity improvements through the deployment of lean methodology. An automotive metals / machining background would be a distinct advantage.
