I have had experience of Phil and Kensington Consulting from both side of the fence. My first experiences were as a candidate where Phil placed me in a role and have been put forward for other roles when working as an Interim Manager. I always found Phil very easy to deal with and as a candidate I was kept very well informed of where all activities were up to.
