If you have a strong customer service background, you will recognise that customer satisfaction is an integral part of any company. Sales, reputation and repeat business all ride on the customer being a happy one.
So, if you take pride in delivering excellent customer service, are self-motivated and technically-minded, then our client’s customers are going to need you.
Working within a leading Aerospace manufacturing organisation, we are looking for a results-driven individual who can represent the customer internally. A strong customer service background is a must, as your role will be to focus on customer expectations and supporting their needs, along with maintaining orders and negotiating delivery date changes. You will also be responsible for liaising with engineers on behalf of the customer, to suggest ideas that improve production processes and to support production improvement activities.
The UK Aerospace industry is colossal, in fact it is the largest in Europe and only second to the US. Aerospace experience in not essential, so this could be the perfect opportunity to work within an industry that had reported sales in the sector of £31.8bn last year alone! And alongside a competitive salary you will be liaising with some big names in the world of aviation.
