Continuous Improvement Engineer

What is World Class Manufacturing?
The definition can differ from company to company and industry to industry but the one I like most is that "a World Class company can compete in their chosen market and expect to win, as their processes are second to none."
You will act as an integral part to the development of a Prime within the Aerospace Industry. As a Black Belt or Green Belt you will be Leading major improvement projects, facilitating improvement workshops and supporting the development of White Belts on their development and improvements programmes
However you choose to define World Class, the reality is that it's tough to get there and that's the challenge my client has set for this role. So in return for your expertise, I’m delighted to represent a client who puts employees satisfaction at the forefront of their continued growth. Paramount to their business strategy is collaboration, working within a highly innovative and well structured environment, with regular career progression reviews and the opportunity to put your stamp on leading programmes across the Aerospace Industry.
We are keen to speak with individuals with varying levels of experience, and want to understand you and ensure your requirements will be at the forefront of your application. There is also a companywide bonus scheme and potential relocation assistance in addition to a highly competitive salary, career progress plans and a multitude of additional benefits. If you wish to apply, please don’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date as I’d welcome a chat with you on 01257 244744.
