Change. It’s everywhere. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad, but you can’t deny it’s all around us.
I know a company who wants to change. They want to change the way they work. They want to improve their manufacturing systems and they need someone to help them.
As a CI Engineer you’ll know a thing or two about change. You’ll have explained why “we’ve always done it like that” needs to become “let’s find a better way”. You’ll have implemented changes to manufacturing systems, worked closely with shop floor operators to coach and lead them and you’ll know that change is a good thing.
Having gained this great experience, you might now be getting itchy feet and wondering how you can take your career forward. Maybe the progression opportunities in your current company are limited or maybe you’re just ready for a change. Either way, my client has a fairly rare opportunity for you to step up into a CI Manager role and really make your mark on a company at the start of its lean journey.
Imagine being able to implement new processes from scratch. Imagine the satisfaction of coaching and mentoring others and achieving massive improvements. Overall, imagine being able to look at the before and after pictures and saying “I did that”.
If this sounds like your next challenge, don’t worry if your CV isn’t up to date just give me a call on 01257 244740 and let’s talk it through.
