My client is one of the largest providers of medico legal reports in the UK, working alongside Solicitors and dealing with personal injury claims. Due to the rapid expansion of the company they now require an Operations Administrator.
Duties will include working efficiently and accurately in line with the company values and targets. You will be setting up instructions, booking appointments and taking responsibility for progressing each client case. The role requires you to liaise with chasing GP surgeries, clients and hospitals where necessary and you will also build relationships with each solicitor and call them regularly to provide updates on the process of their cases. Lastly, you must provide excellent customer service and work flexibly in line with the customer and team needs.
You must possess the following:

Evidence of customer service experience

You must be an enthusiastic individual and a team player
A knowledge of the industry and Proclaim is desirable
Salary of £14k to £15.3k
37.5 hour week (Monday to Friday)

20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
Commutable from Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn.
