Customer Support Lead – Aftermarket
£40,000 + bonus + benefits
Buckinghamshire

We have a requirement for those with an analytical mindset. Currently representing an Prime within the Aerospace Industry, specifically looking at further developing their Aftermarket support.

The role of Customer Support Lead will see you representing the aftermarket function of the business on multiple programmes. You role will be to Lead Technical Investigations and provide communication with external customers on specific Motor based products. You will lead the resolution process, providing reliability analysis, root cause analysis and representing the external customer to internal parties to ensure improvements are made and a positive result is achieved. You will ideally have a background in manufacturing, specifically within highly regulated industries and have prior experience of achieving customer satisfaction. Aftermarket or Aerospace knowledge would be perfectly suited for this opportunity.

The role will require versatility, leadership and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
