Job: Demand Generation Manager and Lead Development Rep

An additive manufacturing company that provides AM systems and materials to the market are committed to creating industrial solutions for the world’s top manufacturers and bridging the gap between 3D printing and machining. They are looking for a full-time Demand Generation Manager and Lead Development Rep. This position will focus on developing a strong pipeline of new business opportunities by getting customers excited about the company’s products and offerings, and capturing, qualifying, nurturing, and measuring leads.

To qualify for this position you will need the following experience:

  • Revenue-centric marketer with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables on time and on budget
  • Experience with buyer’s journeys and content strategy is a plus
  • An understanding of lead management, sales cycle and routing processes
  • Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based off of data analytics
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing or related field with proven experience in B2B marketing

The responsibilities for this role are:

  • Develop, maintain and execute demand generation and lead management strategy  
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional marketing team to create multi-channel campaigns to drive interest, traffic, downloads, and leads and implement business development initiatives
  • Identify new markets and outreach tactics to encourage business growth
  • Develop customer personas and know buying preferences
  • Assist in content development to target customers
  • Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team through a combination of inbound and outbound efforts including prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, nurturing and following up on leads and appointment setting
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop strategies to generate lead opportunities
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows
  • Measure and analyze campaigns success and provide weekly/monthly lead gen activity reports
  • Database management
