As the automotive industry is showing, electric vehicles are playing a key part in the future of that sector and the aerospace world is also focusing attention on the greater use of electrical systems for power generation in the next evolution of aeroplanes.
So, how would you like to challenge yourself and play a key role in the design and development of new concepts for high performance electrical machines which will become key components for the future design of aircraft?

Having built your experience in rotating electrical machinery, ideally in a generator manufacturing environment, and with expertise in electromagnetic design this role will give you the opportunity to be a central member of the project teams owning various work packages within those teams.
You’ll be able to using your strong analytical skills to solve the complex problems you’ll come up against, as such, knowledge of Fortran, ANSYS Maxwell, SPEED and MotorCAD software will be highly desirable.
