Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Are you one of those people who complains about the weather?
This isn’t a clever filtering question to determine what your personality is like. Besides, if I wanted to know that I’d probably ask what your favourite shark was or what kind of biscuit you’d be.
Anyway, I digress. The reason I mentioned the weather was nothing more than an way of attracting you to this advert and away from all the other ones you’ve probably been reading.
Guess what? If you’re reading this bit, it’s worked. Clever eh?
That’s the thing with real recruitment. It’s not about pin-striped suits, a great tan and who’s got the best Rolex, it’s about using your brain to engage with people. And that’s what we can teach you to do, through continuous training and development.
Having said that, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is why I’d like you to phone me if you’re interested in having a chat about your career, rather than just clicking “apply” and hoping for the best.
Also, having a degree will demonstrate to us that you can commit to learning which will be vital in this role, as we intend to fully commit to teaching you all the skills you’ll need to be a highly competent and professional recruiter. Sound fair?
So if you’ve actually read this whole advert, you’ll know what to do next...
