JOB DESCRIPTION
My client is a start-up that offers automated manufacturing solutions for the production facilities of the future. They are currently seeking a Head of Technical Services to join the team to set up and develop the global service strategy and organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Development of Service strategy & organisation
· Manage, lead and develop a top performing services team (currently consists of a team of 4 service engineers)
· Close collaboration with Service Partners
· Close collaboration with the R&D team and Sales organization in order to assure an exceptional customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
· Completed training of Mechatronics/Electronical engineer
· Experience with service planning/service excellence
· Drivers licence
