Health and Safety is one of those disciplines which doesn’t often get the recognition or accolades it deserves. So, wouldn’t it be great to work as the HSE Manager in a company which puts it firmly centre stage?
The company is part of a global group, and this site is aiming to be the showcase operation. As such, the site leadership team are focusing on improving all aspects of the company’s operations. They recently passed a QHSE audit so are already operating at a high level.
But they want you to make them better.
Your role will be to review and improve their systems further and focus on instilling a behavioural health and safety culture into the company. Ideally, you will have a NEBOSH diploma, but your previous experience of managing health and safety in a large manufacturing organisation will also be recognised.
You may not get a shiny statue, but you will get the recognition and satisfaction of knowing the part you played in the continuing success of the business on the global stage.
