Job: HR Manager

HR has often been referred to as the backbone of an organisation. You firmly believe this to be the case, as ultimately HR deals with the most important part of any business, its people.
As the point of contact for new starters, you’ll be taking the lead on inductions, ensuring all newcomers are aware of relevant HR policies and procedures. Payroll will also need managing, so you’ll get the chance to come in and make this process your own.
You’ll have the opportunity to help the General Manager with recruitment, giving you a great chance to develop various aspects of the process if necessary. Having a regulatory knowledge relating to manufacturing companies is important, as you’ll be assisting with the creating, designing and facilitating of new training programmes.
You’ll have prior experience working in a HR environment, so you’ll know the importance of successfully implementing policies and procedures. Having a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a business discipline is desired. You’ll have also worked in cross functional teams in the past, so you’ll understand how integral building relationships and working towards shared goals are.
