As a HR Manager you’ll lead and develop the local HR team, providing support to both management and employees. You’ll maintain strong relationships with recognised Trade Unions, with an aim to further develop these relationships. Developing HR initiatives will be something that brings you joy and this will be something that’ll be expected of you. You’ll also co-ordinate training and development activities within the plant, ensuring that everyone is up to speed.
As the perfect candidate you’ll have CIPD qualification and educated to degree level within the HR field or similar. You’ll have experience in a HR Management role and have significant experience of Trade Unions in a demanding environment.
Well you’ll be working for a Tier 1 Supplier located in Liverpool. You’ll be working for a global supplier of automotive components and systems, and a firm that has over 150 years experienced in automotive interiors, so you’ll be joining a key player in the industry.
