As the ‘perfect’ Manufacturing Assembly & Process Manager you’ll understand theoretical approaches and the practical implementations. Development is at the heart of this role and you’ll be developing innovative technical solutions for both current and future applications.
You’ll develop the manufacturing process through the study of product requirements, being responsible for designing and assembling the overall plant. You’ll also progress and improve the manufacturing process, through studying the product and the manufacturing engineering methods. As you can see development is prominent in this role and is something you’ll welcome the challenge of implementing.
You will have a BS or MS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or similar engineering degree or equivalent. You’ll have a wealth of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering or related experience within the automotive manufacturing or supplier industry. Interpersonal skills will be something that you pride yourself on, demonstrating the ability to manage a small team.
