The Manufacturing Engineering Manager needs a graduate or apprentice trained machinist looking for a career in Manufacturing Engineer to assist with improvement projects, layouts, fixtures/jig design and helping create a more productive process.
They have been building their team over the past few years, acquired other businesses and are on the brink of becoming a major player in their marketplace.
Now they need someone like you to join them in their journey. They need a CNC machinist looking for their first step in manufacturing engineering or manufacturing engineer who wants a fresh approach to process improvement. Someone who knows the CNC machining process well and can look at improving how they manufacture legacy products as well as the new ones.
You’ll be liaising between sales, engineering and production so good communication skills will be needed.
