Job: Planning Manager
Salary: £50k to £60k

With three direct reports, the role has a level of seniority to it, giving you a great platform to come in and make changes. NPI experience is key, as you’ll be coming in to methodically structure the processes, instead of taking a firefighting approach. You’ll be a strong communicator, able to coordinate communications between the sales and planning teams. Previous manufacturing/engineering experience is key, as well as having experience using MRP/ERP.
The company you’ll be working for is circa £50m, however there’s a family feel instilled into the culture. The majority of the service level employees average staying for around nine years, with a low staff turnover. This will enable you to come in and build lasting relationships.
