We are currently representing a Tier 1 supplier to the Aerospace Industry looking to expand on their expand their Programmes team. Managing the interface with customers, you will be responsible to OEM customers on matters including product and process. This role would ideally suited for those with a Project/Programme background but also hold experience of managing customers with some additional experience/awareness of Quality and Improvements.
Specifically, we are looking for a charismatic individual who has previous experience of managing and influencing relationships, ideally with OEM clients. You will be responsible for managing both internal and external stakeholders involved within complex fabrications and assemblies, ensuring critical objective are achieved and managing any feedback from the customer. Your problem-solving abilities will allow you to propose solution, reduces costs and increase profit.
