Sales Manager
A world-leading manufacturer of high-power fiber lasers and amplifiers is hiring a Sales Manager to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for Laser Sources & Systems in both the UK and Ireland and will identify opportunities to improve the existing business.
Other Responsibilities include:
- Develop strategies for generating new business
- Participating in product demonstrations, fairs, and conferences
- An ability to consistently meet or exceed booking and revenue targets
- To articulate the company’s product value proposition and key differentiation
- Establish deep partnerships with target customers and industry influencers
- Understand and track markets, applications, products, and competitive landscapes
- Provide accurate regular business forecasts and achieve agreed targets.
Your Qualifications:
- Technology degree would be advantageous
- At least 5 years' experience in commercial B2B sales
- Experience in selling laser systems or laser-based equipment into industrial markets
- Strong appreciation of manufacturing processes in welding, cutting, texturing, drilling etc.
- Excellent communication and commercial skills
- Self-starter and ability to collaborate across functions
- Readiness for intense travel throughout the UK and IRE
- Existing relationships with the target industries desired
