Salary: £45k - £50k + bonus

The Role

An automotive company based in Staffordshire is hiring a full-time Sales Manager with a track record in driving profitable sales in a bespoke engineering business. The job will entail all aspects of Sales and Key Account Management for both current and future customers.

The company has a rapidly growing team, and the Sales Manager will report to the General Manager.

 Responsibilities

  • Own the Commercial Lead for Key Accounts and work with them to drive incremental sales

  • Identify and win new customers – develop a strong Sales Pipeline

  • Follow-up and convert existing potential customers

  • A key leader within the team

Requirements

  • Sales “Hunter”

  • Engineering Degree

  • Proven experience/track record of growing Engineering Sales, including winning new customers.

  • Ideally, Sales/National Account Experience in a blue-chip environment, eg FMCG, brings a structured approach to the customer engagement and sales process.

  • Strong multi-functional team player

  • Forward-looking business partner for the Group CEO

  • Excellent communicator
