A forward thinking company looking to disrupt the whole industry through ground-breaking innovation needs someone like you to be the backbone of their whole operation.
The role is a Senior Desktop Support Engineer, so you’ll be the key person for desktop and application support areas, managing user accounts and performing end-point security of systems and data. You’ll also manage desktop/software assets as well as developing and managing the helpdesk ticketing system.
You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent relevant, hands-on-experience. You’ll also have extensive IT desktop support experience for Windows 7/10, with significant overall IT support experience. Finally, you’ll have an understanding of both CAD and CAE.
