Senior Operator – Additive Manufacturing Equipment

The role is a Senior Operator, so you’ll be in charge. You’ll run both the current and next generation additive manufacturing equipment. You’ll also commit to establishing a new industrial standard in regards to automotive manufacturing.
As a Senior Operator you’ll provide leadership to Junior Operators, enabling them to become independently capable of all machine operations. You’ll operate, maintain and improve additive manufacturing machines, maximising machine uptime and production. You’ll also follow standardised file systems, changing machine materials and cleaning out the machines when necessary.
As a highly motivated candidate you’ll have a high level of desire in sharing knowledge with Junior Operators and other members of the Additive Manufacturing team. You’ll also have plenty of experience in designing fixtures and robot programming. Finally, you’ll be able to prioritise and execute tasks to an extremely high standard.
