Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager
Location: Austin, Texas

An additive manufacturing company that provides AM systems and materials to the market is committed to creating industrial solutions for the world’s top manufacturers and bridging the gap between 3D printing and machining. The company is looking to hire a full-time skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager. This position will focus on the customer and what they want, what influences their decisions, what problems they need to solve, and how they perceive the company to provide a solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation
  • Creates and drives all sales enablement activities to generate and close opportunities
  • Serves as a bridge between New Product Introduction Team and Marketing to ensure the voice of the company is front and center
  • Brings new products to market, owns strategic pricing, and sales enablement
  • Works cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful product launches
  • Educates both internal and external stakeholders about the company’s product features and benefits
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
  • Works with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies

Qualifications & Expectations:

  • The ideal candidate finds it easy to translate technical concepts into consumable content for customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires working across functions and departments to bring the product to life, and is at the center of the entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
  • Seven or more years of relevant work experience in product marketing and/or product management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Technology, or Engineering
  • Team oriented
