Company based in Chorley is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst on a full time and permanent basis.
Responsibilities will include provinding excellent customer service as a first point of contact for customers with IT and Technical Support queries together with 1st and 2nd line support.
The role will involve logging and responding to calls, reporting, analysing data, following up and proving excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role together with experience working within an ITIL environment.
