Job: Service Engineer
Do you understand the importance of ensuring a high standard of service?
Reporting into the Technical Services Manager, based at the manufacturing site. Onsite equipment will need to be installed, maintained, and upgraded when necessary, giving you a great chance to assess equipment that you’ll be using regularly. You’ll also be developing processes and documentation for standard service actions, so you’ll have a great chance to come in and alter any processes when necessary. Also, the engineering and manufacturing teams will need support in regards to recognising any trends and patterns in field failures, so you’ll enjoy helping others.
Calling on your experience within a relevant mechanical/engineer field, you’ll also have a BS in Engineering. Also, you’ll be able to read electric schematic and mechanical drawings, as well as having strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
