Speaking of the company, they are U.S. based and operate in the valve manufacturing market across multiple industries. They need someone who can co-ordinate the despatch of products, manage a small team and develop a robust plan to improve on DIFOT (delivery in full, on time).
There is a real need to improve shipping planning and also reduce shipping costs too.
You will need to have previous experience working with international trade, customs and documentation as well as INCO terms. No specific qualifications are needed, but there must be experience working with HMRC documentation and manufacturing experience within supply chain.
Previous experience working with SAP is also essential.
