Following recent business growth, we are looking to add a talented Trainee Recruitment Consultant to our team. This particular role will offer ongoing training and self-development whilst on-the-job, along with great earning potential.
The Role:
As a Trainee Recruiter you will be required to:
- Take part in recruitment and sales training programs
- Developing relationships existing clients to secure long term work
- Sourcing and selection of high calibre candidates
- Build long lasting relationships with candidates by providing a high quality service to them
- Working with our extensive network to develop new and existing markets
- Interview and provide honest / constructive feedback to candidates
- Manage client negotiations
The Person:
The role would suit a hungry individual, who is willing to learn and adapt as well as:
- Strong, clear verbal and written skills on the telephone and face to face
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Self-starter with drive and determination to succeed
- Able to identify potential opportunities and work autonomously to develop them into sales results
- Positive, resilient personality
- Degree would be desirable
Whilst experience in recruitment is an obvious advantage, it is not essential as we can train these skills and techniques you will need to operate as a high-level consultant
